These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the phpiso platform and all services offered through it. By registering an account or using any phpiso service, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use phpiso, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. phpiso reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Each player is permitted to hold only one phpiso account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of balances and permanent suspension. If you have lost access to your account, contact phpiso support rather than creating a new one.
phpiso uses certified RNG technology to ensure fair outcomes. Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting tools, or collude with other players constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Minimum deposit is ₱100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. phpiso reserves the right to conduct identity verification before processing withdrawals. Funds cannot be transferred between phpiso accounts.
All phpiso bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until wagering requirements are met. phpiso reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpiso login credentials. phpiso will never ask for your password via email or chat. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorized access to phpiso support immediately.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By registering an Account on phpiso, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the phpiso Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms apply to all use of the phpiso Platform, including access via web browser, mobile browser, or any phpiso application. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.3 phpiso reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on phpiso. This requirement is set in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gaming. phpiso strictly enforces this requirement and will terminate any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The phpiso Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an Account. phpiso makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on phpiso:
3.4 Verification. phpiso reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by phpiso may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) phpiso Account. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. phpiso uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, phpiso reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any Balances therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. phpiso is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. phpiso will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 Account Ownership. phpiso Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any other person.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phpiso accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability. phpiso reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine pesos). phpiso does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
5.3 Currency. All transactions on phpiso are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, and any conversion fees are the responsibility of the Player.
5.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your phpiso Account balance in real time upon successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
5.5 No Third-Party Deposits. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. phpiso does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to Players whose Accounts have been fully verified in accordance with Section 3.4. phpiso reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory verification is completed.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine pesos). phpiso does not charge a standard withdrawal processing fee on transactions to GCash or PayMaya, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.
6.3 Processing Time. phpiso processes withdrawal requests in real time for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days. phpiso is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's financial institution.
6.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. phpiso reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
6.5 Pending Wagers. Withdrawals cannot be processed while a Wager is in progress. Any withdrawal request submitted while a Wager is active will be queued and processed upon settlement of the active Wager.
6.6 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered dormant. phpiso reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱50 to dormant Accounts with a remaining Balance. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any dormancy fee.
7.1 phpiso may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, validity periods, and game restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal as real money. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for phpiso bonuses is twenty (20) times the bonus amount.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. phpiso reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
7.4 phpiso reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. The availability of a promotion on the Platform does not constitute a binding offer until it has been accepted by the Player in accordance with the stated terms.
8.1 RNG Certification. All phpiso Games that rely on random outcomes use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) engine. Game outcomes are generated independently of player identity, account history, bet size, or any other external factor. phpiso publishes its RNG methodology and makes it available to Players upon request.
8.2 Game-Specific Rules. Each Game on the phpiso Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the Game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that Game.
8.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a Game, phpiso will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and settle the Wager fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, phpiso reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance. phpiso's decision in such matters is final.
8.4 Disputed Results. If you believe a Game result is incorrect, you must submit a dispute to phpiso support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed result. phpiso will investigate and respond within five (5) business days. Game results that are not disputed within this period are deemed accepted by the Player.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpiso Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:
10.1 All content on the phpiso Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual elements, is the exclusive property of phpiso or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phpiso Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phpiso content.
10.3 The phpiso name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of phpiso. You may not use any phpiso trademark without prior written consent.
11.1 phpiso collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 phpiso may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, where required by law or regulation. phpiso will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phpiso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
13.2 phpiso's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 phpiso does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phpiso is not liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond phpiso's reasonable control.
14.1 phpiso reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, where phpiso has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
14.2 Upon termination of an Account for cause, phpiso reserves the right to forfeit any Balance remaining in the Account, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, where such termination arises from a breach of these Terms by the Player.
14.3 Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting phpiso support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within five (5) business days.
15.1 phpiso reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on the Platform. Where changes are material, phpiso will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered Players via email or Platform notification.
15.2 Your continued use of the phpiso Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.3.
16.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to phpiso's internal dispute resolution process. Players must contact phpiso support and allow a minimum of ten (10) business days for phpiso to investigate and respond before escalating the matter.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through phpiso's internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
